The Eating & Educating, Living Life (ELL) PAC Consultant Network is a nationwide group of independent contracted certified consultants who deliver comprehensive training modules to better protect food allergic children. These training modules include standardized manuals and reference materials. ELL is a national 501 (c)(3) not-for profit that supports the rights of every child to eat safe foods, learn in safe environments and live safer lives with food allergies and anaphylaxis. |
